PASSENGER TRANSPORT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
Aysa Vip Tourism will be briefly referred to as “Aysa Vip Tourism”.
2-Subject With this contract, the parties; They have agreed within the framework of the following contract conditions to provide transfer service from addresses determined by them to airports and vice versa before and after the flight, and to perform this service by Aysa Vip Turizm for a fee.
3- Service and Payment Information
3.1. Contract price does not include VAT.
3.2. In private transfer service, requests for different points other than the route(s) specified in the contract; If it is on the route and without waiting, it is included in the price; if it is not on the route, 20 TL for each different point is paid by the passenger in the region.
3.3. The agency may change the vehicle type with the same segment vehicle type, provided that it notifies the consumer when necessary. If the customer does not accept this change, he has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the price paid. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
3.4. With this document, I authorize the agency to collect the services I received with my credit card numbered below.
3.5. Invoicing period for service purchased V.U.K. 7 days, including the date of purchase, provided that the month is not skipped.

6-Number of Persons: The customer must specify the number of persons.
Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with the Traffic Law.
Even if the passenger could not sign this contract by virtual pos, mail order, money order or eft for any reason, he learned the terms of the contract that will be valid between the parties through the website or announcements and accepted to receive the service in the written conditions of the contract.
In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the customer must have made a reservation at least 6 (six) hours before the transfer time. On religious and national holidays, New Year’s Eve and other public holidays, the reservation must be made at least 48 (forty eight) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 6 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refund will be made for late reservation cancellations. The route to be followed along the way from the departure point to the destination during the transfer service; It is determined exclusively by Aysa Vip Tourism, taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The customer is not authorized to change this route. In this context, requests of the passenger to stop at a different location between the determined route and to wait for a while at this location are not accepted. Aysa Vip Tourism is only responsible for transporting the customer from a certain point to the airport or from the airport to a certain point. For Aysa Vip Turizm transfer service; The customer has to allocate a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and baggage volume determined at the time of purchasing the transfer service online.
Aysa Vip Tourism; It accepts and undertakes that all vehicles to be allocated to the service subject to this contract will be fully insured for personal accident, that the periodic maintenance of the vehicles will be done within their period of time, that the mandatory spare wheel, first aid material, fire extinguisher, reflector will be available in the vehicle. Aysa Vip Turizm will not be responsible for any traffic accident or any other reason that may occur during the transfer, in case the customer suffers bodily or material damage or the transported goods are damaged. In such a case, the customer irrevocably accepts and declares that Aysa Vip Turizm will not have any responsibility arising from Article 66 of the Code of Obligations and other provisions of the legislation. The articles of this contract that impose responsibility on Aysa Vip Turizm are reserved. Despite the allocation of the vehicle suitable for the transfer service, if the number of persons and baggage amount determined by the customer at the time of purchase is exceeded, the transfer is carried out without exceeding the legally determined transportation limits of the vehicle.
Passengers or baggage exceeding the legal limits will not be accepted into the vehicle. If the customer gives up the transfer service for this reason, no refund will be made. The customer is obliged to certify that he is the customer who purchased the service to the Aysa Vip Turizm personnel in the vehicle at the transfer point, with the identity documents issued by the legal authorities and the reservation document. The customer who does not fulfill this obligation will not be transferred.
Aysa Vip Turizm is not responsible for the situation caused by the change in flight schedules or operational cancellations and/or other delays, which are previously booked by the passenger for the transportation service. Aysa Vip Turizm is not responsible for the loss or damage of any items left in the vehicle by the customer during the transfer.
