Return Policy
• Your return must comply with the “Right of Withdrawal” and “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in the “Distance Sales Agreement”.
• Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period of the service is 14 days from the delivery date. The service fees up to 6 hours before the service purchase will be returned to the customer account or credit card without any interruption.
• According to the “Distance Sales Agreement”, the products listed below cannot be returned: – If the service is requested to be canceled less than 6 hours before the purchase time, no refund will be made.
Exchange Terms
• Exchange transactions are valid for 1 (One) year, provided that we inform 24 hours in advance as per our company policy.
